Warranty For Number Plates & Holders

At Vision Number Plates, we take pride in producing high-quality number plates designed to look great and last. Every plate we manufacture is built using premium materials and carefully assembled by our team.

To give you peace of mind, we provide a 12-month warranty on the raised characters used on our 3D and 4D number plates.

What Our Warranty Covers:

Our warranty protects against manufacturing faults relating to the raised characters on our plates. This includes:

• Raised digits lifting or separating from the plate
• Adhesive failure causing characters to come loose
• Any manufacturing defect that affects the appearance or durability of the raised lettering

If an issue occurs due to a manufacturing fault within the warranty period, our team will repair or replace the affected plate.

What Is Not Covered:

Our warranty does not apply where damage has occurred due to external factors or incorrect installation. This includes:

• Plates that have been drilled or modified after production
• Damage caused by accidents, impacts, or road debris
• Incorrect installation methods
• Misuse, neglect, or general wear and tear

Installation Guidance:

For the best results and to protect the integrity of your plates, we strongly recommend installing them using high-quality adhesive pads. This method helps avoid stress damage that can occur when plates are drilled.

If you purchase your plates from our Dudley retail store, we can also fit them for you.

Making a Warranty Claim:

If you believe your plate has developed a manufacturing fault, please contact our team with the following information:

• Your order details
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the fault

Once reviewed, we will advise the next steps and arrange repair or replacement if the issue falls within the warranty terms.

Please note that the customer may be responsible for returning the affected plate to us for inspection.

Liability:

Vision Number Plates’ responsibility under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the affected number plate. We cannot accept liability for indirect or consequential damages.
